You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

We estimate that orders will be delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on your location, courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Available shipping methods and estimated delivery times may also be displayed at checkout.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your destination, order weight, and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping may be available on selected orders, as displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link, if applicable. Please note that tracking information may take some time to update after dispatch.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within India.

Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other fees collected at checkout will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Address Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us at elitefindscart@gmail.com. We will assist you in resolving the issue and, where appropriate, help you work with the shipping carrier.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to accommodate changes or cancellations before your order ships. Once an order is in transit, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

Refunds for eligible cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method where possible, subject to our policies and applicable law.
